This trek is perfect for runners who want to spend one day trekking in the jungle, it is not too hard but it is unique. You’ll take a short trek to Tra Ang cave – one of feature caves of Phong Nha as a warm-up or relaxation before or after the run “Quang Binh Discovery Marathon 2020”. After lunch and swimming, you’ll continue trekking to Tra Ang Cave were everyone will gear up to swim into the furthest reaches of the cave.

Tour departs daily at 11:00 am and returns around 5:00 pm.
You must hear about Ho Chi Minh trail, and this trek will start from Km17 Ho Chi Minh trail. Around 1km trekking through the green trees of tropical area, you will reach Tra Ang cave.
Here you and the team will have the opportunity to take a swim, do some cliff jumping and enjoy a delicious Jungle BBQ prepared by your porter (vegan options also available). With full bellies and feeling refreshed you and the team will gear up and continue on the jungle hike. After lunch, it is time for 600m swim into the furthest depths of the cave.
Once the Tra Ang Cave swim is completed, our guides will lead you to the road. Here your driver will be waiting for you with a cold beer or soda and a ride back to Jungle Boss Headquarters.
11:30 – 12:00: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel or homestay.
12:00 – 12:30: Start trekking from Ho Chi Minh trail to Tra Ang cave – around 1 km.
12:30 – 13:30: Enjoy lunch with jungle BBQ next to the Tra Ang stream.
14:30: After lunch – start exploring Tra Ang cave, swimming through 600m of Tra Ang cave and see the formation inside the cave
16:30: Turn back Ho Chi Minh trail, enjoy cold drink on the road and come back your hotel.
